The expression of the land

Domenica Fiore oil embodies the land. The journey of the premium oils from the grove to your table is one hundred percent traceable.

From tree to bottle

Each bottle of premium olive oil is numbered and dated showing when the olives were harvested, which orchard they were harvested from as well as when they were milled, blended and bottled. It also offers polyphenol and Free Fatty Acids (FFA) counts and the peroxide value of the oil at the time of bottling.

Domenica Fiore’s premium oils are certified organic by QCertificazioni, which is regulated by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry, and by Canada.

A healthful elixir

Extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality embodies more than complex flavors and fragrant aromas, it has also been shown to offer a host of health benefits.

Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory

High-quality extra virgin olive oil contains antioxidants, notably oleocanthal. Antioxidants have been shown to reduce inflammation, which is associated with some types of cancer, heart disease, Alzheimer’s and arthritis. The oleic acid present in olive oil is also known to have anti-inflammatory properties.

Heart health

High-quality extra virgin olive oil is a staple of the Mediterranean diet, which has been linked to heart health, longevity and low blood pressure. The monounsaturated fats present in the oil can lead to improved arterial function—or reduced heart disease and heart attacks.

Brain food

The healthy, monounsaturated fats in high-quality extra virgin olive oil are thought to improve brain functions like memory, learning ability and cognitive function. Healthy fats have also been associated with balancing hormones, which can help to regulate moods.
