The complex flavors of the Canino olive are showcased in Domenica Fiore’s monocultivar oil, Olio Monaco, which is sometimes referred to as olivella due to the small size of the fruit. Canino crops are hand harvested and pressed into oil within four hours. The oil is packaged immediately to preserve its freshness and integrity.
