General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Please read these General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) of sale carefully before booking any villa at Domenica Fiore (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms apply to all guests (“you,” or “your”) of Domenica Fiore. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not proceed with your booking.

Bookings and Payments

All reservations are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total booking amount. Full payment of the remaining balance must be received at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. For reservations made within 60 days of the arrival date, full payment is due immediately. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other acceptable means.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel more than 60 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit. Cancellations made within 60 days of the arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the total booking amount. We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is after 3:00 PM, and check-out time is before 10:00 AM. Any request for early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.

Accommodation Usage and Guest Responsibility

Our properties are intended for personal vacation use only. You are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition it was in when you arrived. Any damage caused by you or your party may result in additional charges.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.

Liability

We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on our properties. We are also not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting these Terms, you agree to hold us harmless for any such incidents.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any changes or cancellations made as a result of events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other force majeure events.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
