    What to Know
    Before You Book

    Let us welcome you to the rhythm of our olive grove and beyond. For your ease and planning, and to help us prepare your stay, consider a few thoughtful details. We’re here for any remaining questions you have before your arrival.

    We welcome guests for a minimum of seven nights.

    The Villa is open for bookings year-round, with each season offering something unique.

    Check-in begins at 3 p.m., with check-out by 10 a.m.

    A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total booking amount confirms your stay, with the remaining balance due 60 days before your stay at the Villa begins. For reservations made within 60 days of the arrival date, full payment is due at the time of booking. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other acceptable means.

    If you cancel more than 60 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit. Cancellations made within 60 days of the arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the total booking amount. We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

    Our properties are intended for personal vacation use only. You are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition it was in when you arrived. Any damage caused by you or your party may result in additional charges.

    Pets are not allowed.

    The inside of the Villa is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
