Each bottle of Domenica Fiore organic extra virgin olive oil begins in the sun-drenched hills of the Domenica Fiore estate, where silver-leafed trees are rooted deep in the Umbrian soil. Domenica Fiore’s harvest season begins early, in late September, with the now-famous night-harvest, and continues until November.

All fruit is cold-pressed within four hours of harvesting, blended, and bottled using a patented technology in nitrogen-sealed stainless steel bottles to preserve freshness and protect from light.
